BROSE STV BCD Parallel Controller

The BROSE STV BCD Parallel Controller drives the STV-6 and STV-7 Rollband sign family using a parallel BCD-style interface. It provides separate 3-digit inputs for line and destination, and connects independently to each sign type. Position feedback is provided by the sign's IR detection system.
